The products of the PREBIO® range are in liquid or powder forms. The microbial counts vary according to uses from 105 to 108 C.F.U.*/g for products under powder forms. The liquid products have a microbial count of about 109 C.F.U.*/l.:

MICRO-ORGANISMS CULTURE COLLECTION
For more than 35 years, the company GERME S.A. has stored a very important culture collection of microbial strains of industrial interest while selecting micro-organisms from a vast diversity of ecosystems. GERME S.A. has participated to several national programs under the aegis of the French ministries of research, industry, environment and agriculture during which the company has selected micro-organisms for the specific needs of the industry concerning the pollution cleaning of ecosystems containing toxic elements forbidden by law.
These micro-organisms are used in the manufacturing of products for diverse treatment of pollutants in different environments and ecosystems.
The micro-organisms used for the environmental treatment do not belong to the groups 2, 3, 4 as defined by the European directive 2000/54/CE of the 18th of September 2000; comprising the hazardous groups of biological reagents regarded as pathogenic for human.
Furthermore, these micro-organisms are non-genetically modified strains.
The micro-organisms used and designed in different formulations are the property of the company GERME S.A.
